These terms apply to digital and creative services provided by CHeQ Digital.
Scope & quotation
Website prices are starting prices unless explicitly stated otherwise. Final deliverables, timeline, revision limits and price are confirmed with the customer before work begins.
Payments
Where online payment is available, payment must be made through the approved payment method shown on the website. A failed payment remains unpaid and does not confirm a project.
Customer materials
The customer is responsible for having permission to use logos, photographs, text, music or other material supplied to us for a project.
Delivery
Digital deliverables are provided according to the agreed project scope and timeline. Delays caused by missing customer content, approvals or requested scope changes may affect delivery dates.
